Peak Finder

This tool helps you find the loudest point of your selected region.

The following are the options available to select the peak type:

• Absolute - to find the loudest point of the selection
• RMS - to find the average loudness, or volume of the selection. Additionally, custom parameters can be set. RMS window (in milliseconds) is the length of the signal to be analyzed when doing RMS calculation. RMS overlap (in percent) is how far the RMS window is shifted when looking for the next peak.
