Welcome to UHF! Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") carefully before using UHF ("App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the App.
The UHF app is owned and operated by Carlos Vidal. You can contact us at contact@nakiostudio.com for any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement or the App.
UHF is a video player and playlist management tool for iOS. The App does not provide any content. Users are responsible for configuring the App with their own playlists of legal or user-owned content.
UHF collects anonymous user data to support the backup and device sync functionality of the App. In addition, the App collects crash reports, this data is solely used for improving the App's performance and enhancing user experience.
We do not share any collected data with any third parties. However, trusted service providers may be engaged to assist in app development, maintenance, or analytics. In such cases, any data sharing will be done in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
No identifiable user data is retained by UHF. Crash reports and related data may be stored temporarily for the purpose of addressing technical issues and improving the App.
By using UHF you consent to the collection and processing of your anonymous data as described in this Agreement.
As a user of the App, you have rights regarding your data in accordance with the Apple App Store policy. These rights may include the ability to access, rectify, or delete your data. For any inquiries or requests regarding your data, please contact us at contact@nakiostudio.com.
UHF implements Firebase user authentication mechanisms to safeguard collected data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the App or via email.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
By using actively UHF you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
