Studies allows you to import your data from Mental Case, the forerunner of Studies.

When you first launch Studies, you may see a screen with an option to migrate the Mental Case data. Tapping the button will open Mental Case, and copy the data into the Studies app.

Even if you did not choose to migrate from the first-launch screen, you can migrate at a later time.

On iPhone, you tap the menu button top-left in the Library, and then tap Send and Receive. Lastly, choose Migrate from Mental Case App.

On iPad, tap the Sharing button 3rd from the right in the toolbar at the top, and choose Migrate from Mental Case App.
