The iPad has a different approach to browsing notes than the iPhone. If you select a stack in the Library, its notes appear in a grid of notes to the right.

The note browser can be viewed in two different modes: stacked and spread. You can change mode by tapping the button 2nd from the right in the toolbar at the top.

The spread mode shows all facets in each note. The advantage of this mode is that you can see everything at once, but it does mean that each note takes up a lot of space.

The stacked mode only shows the first facet of each note, but you can get many more notes on screen at once.
