There are a number of built-in templates, such as Question and Answer and Multiple Choice, but you are free to add your own as well. You can base them on existing templates, or create templates for completely new note varieties.
You create a new template from an existing note. You first setup a note with the settings exactly how you want them in the template, and then you store the settings as a template that can be used to create new notes or applied to other notes.
When in note editing mode, configure settings, and then tap the new template button on the right of the toolbar at the bottom. Enter a name for the template.
You can use the other settings to immediately apply the new template to other notes in the stack and/or set it as the default template of the stack.
Tap Save to create the template.
It is also possible to update an existing template with the note settings, rather than making a new template. Use the Modify Existing Template at the bottom.
