If I have multiple mobile numbers or multiple work phone numbers, how can I label these in column headings?
1.The column headings should be "mobile1","mobile2","workphone1","workphone2", etc.
2.You can also label multiple email addresses in column headings "emailaddress1","emailaddress2".

How to assign multiple groups to one contact?
Just enter group names in one cell and use Alt + Enter to make a line break in one cell.

Why the app import just part of contacts in the excel file, not all of them?
1.If a contact’s FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME and COMPANY information is all empty, this contact will NOT be imported.
2.You have to fill at least one of them. Check your import file to see if there are any contacts in this situation.

Can the app import a file with no column headers?
No, the column headers must appear in the first line of the file. The column headers correspond to contact field names when the file is imported.

Can the app import a file with custom column headers?
Yes, the app can import an excel file or a csv file with custom column headers. The app will ask you to map column headers to the appropriate contact fields during the import process.

How to access the export file in File Sharing?
1.Connect your iphone to your computer via the Dock Connector USB cable.
2.Launch iTunes and go to the Apps tab for your iPhone. Scroll down to the File Sharing section at the bottom of the window.
3.From the left column of the File Sharing section, select ExcelContacts app.
4.From the right column, select the export file you want to transfer. Click the Save to… button. Alternatively, you can drag the desired document to any Finder location.
5.The last step is to wait. There will be a several second lag, as iTunes prepares to do the transfer. Finally, iTunes initiates a sync and the selected file is copied to your computer.
