Encrypted, password-protected database
for iPhone and macOS

PassDirector for iPhone and macOS is a secure personal database for sensitive private information, it uses an industry standard AES-256 encryption to protect your data. The password is never stored in your iPhone. If the password is forgotten or your iPhone is lost or stolen, it is not possible to retrieve your data by any way.
PassDirector for macOS provides a complete synchronization between your iPhone and your Mac, and lets you add, edit, delete and search your data in a similar way as it is done on your iPhone. Furthermore, the Mac version of PassDirector allows a complete backup of your data.

Encryption:
- PassDirector uses strong, industry standard AES-256 encryption.
- All cryptographic operations are performed using standard iOS libraries.
Password:
- The password is not stored in iPhone, it cannot be retrieved by any way, it is used only when it is entered after starting PassDirector.
- The password must be remembered carefully. If it is forgotten, it will not be possible to retrieve the data and they will be lost.
iPhone:
- The same database is used on your Mac and your iPhone.

iCloud:
- The same database is used on your Mac and your iPhone.
- syncing between Mac and iPhone using iCloud

- opening web pages directly allowing to fill logins and passwords
- Safari view controller is an option for displaying web links stored in the PassDirector database
- double tap on a field copies the data to the clipboard
Notes:
- to synchronize with iCloud, a subscription to Apple iCloud is required
- it is recommended to wait a while between syncing several devices through iCloud, this time is required for files to be uploaded and downloaded
- date, time and the time zone must be same both in the computer and in iPhone to perform syncing correctly
