Panel interviews are common and most of the times you find out last minute that you are being interviewed by more than one person at once… so always be prepared.
Since your interviewers won’t be able to exchange ideas and feedback about you while you are in the room, give them time to talk it over. Each of them may be eager to hire you, but they don’t know how the other feels yet.
Example:
Don’t make the employers ask you for time to talk it over, give it to them. You don’t have to say, “Let me give you time to think about it.” Simply find an excuse to leave them for a few minutes, such as getting something from your car or using the restroom.
