Severance Packages: Ask new employer to match severance package if you have one in current job.
Insurance: Health, dental, vision, disability and life.
Time off: Sick days, personal days off, paid holidays, vacation, maternity leave.
Travel: Car-pooling, free parking, reimbursement per mile, bus or subway reimbursement.
Professional advancement: Training courses, attendance at association meetings, travel & expenses reimbursement, etc.
Recreation: Club memberships, access to company owned facilities, etc.
Miscellaneous: Discounts on company products/services, financial assistance with emergency loans.
Work related: Size and location of office, telecommuting, working hours flexibility, compensation reviews, reporting lines.
Other Compensation: Signing bonus, stock options, profit sharing, retirement plan, performance bonuses, relocation allowances.
