Key factors that give you the edge over other applicants:
Charisma: Shake hands properly, make eye contact, push on a warm thought, and smile. Treat everyone you meet as if they are the most important person you’ll meet that day.
Credentials: Mention any positions of responsibility that you have had: recognitions, degrees, leadership roles, rewards, titles in previous jobs.
Reward Power: Emphasize the problems you can solve for the interviewer and the money you can make for them. Mention and quantify improvements achieved in previous jobs. The interview is about what you can do for them!
