Rehearsing for the interview
Expect to be asked difficult questions. Rehearse the answers to questions that might rattle you:
- Tell me about the challenges that you faced on this job?
- Why did you leave your former employer?
- Why is there a gap in your resume?
- What do you want to do for us?
- Have you ever refused to do something because you thought it was unethical?
- On this job, who did you have the most problem getting along with?
- What are your strengths?
- What would you do if a person who reported to you refused to follow your instructions?
- Why didn’t you finish college?
- What are you most proud of?
- May I check with your current employer?
- I’m concerned that you don’t have enough experience handling _______.
