The app requires Internet connection and uploads my photos to the Internet. What about privacy?

Actually, the processing algorithms are too complex to run on mobile devices, so we transfer your photos via Internet to quickly process them on dedicated servers. Don't worry, nobody can view your uploaded images as we keep them secure and automatically delete in 48 hours.

I don’t want to use PRO effects anymore. How can I cancel the subscription?

Please follow this guide from Apple Support to unsubscribe. Please note that when you cancel a subscription you will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of time you have already paid for. We suggest that you cancel the subscription two or three days in advance to avoid unexpected payments.

The app says "Face is not found". What can I do?

This happens when your face can't be detected by our algorithm. In order to succeed with face effects please use portraits en face without hair, sunglasses and other things over the face.

The app stucks with "Wait a moment" error. How can this be fixed?

First please check your internet connection. If your connection is OK and the error persists, please get to the app in a few hours, as the servers might be overloaded at the moment. If the issue still appears please contact our support team.

What about using my photos into promotional e-mails?

We always ask your permission to opt in to marketing e-mails and to use your photos for personalized effects hints via e-mail. You can withdraw the permission to use your photos in the app and unsubscribe using the special link in every e-mail.

I want more effects! When will new effects be available?

We are constantly working on new effects and filters, so stay tuned to Photo Lab updates!
