Modules
Modules are small “applets” written in JavaScript which, among other things, establish a simple and convenient connection to many web services (e.g. bookmark management, social networks, etc.).
Other modules can also perform various tasks directly without external services (such as displaying the source code of a page).
Start Modules
Tap the module icon
to display a list of modules and tap the desired module. The module is started and performs its task.
Configuration
Many of the modules can be configured in the Module settings or via the
button in the module menu. The Auto-Start options starts the module automatically for each loaded website and should therefore be used with caution. The Confirmation option always requires confirmation by the user after the module has been activated.
In the Modules settings, modules can be added to the module menu by setting a checkmark or removed from there by unchecking the box. This makes it very easy to hide modules that are not required.
Modules can be exported via the Export button in the module settings, e.g. to pass them on to other users. The
button in the module list of the module settings can be used to import modules received from other users (or modules you have developed yourself).
