The substance decomposes
on heating
producing toxic and corrosive fumes including phosgene, hydrogen chloride.
Reacts violently with water, alcohols, powdered metals and many organics
causing toxic, fire and explosion hazard.
On contact with air it emits corrosive gas.

Inhalation Risk:
A harmful contamination of the air can be reached very quickly on evaporation of this substance at 20°C.
