The vapour is heavier than air.
Chemical Dangers:
On contact with hot surfaces or flames this substance decomposes forming hydrogen chloride (see ICSC0163), phosgene (see ICSC0007), and other toxic gases.
Reacts with strong oxidants, strong bases and metals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and powdered aluminium.
Attacks many plastic, rubber, steel and zinc.
