• Back up to server: back up all your data (everything that you enter in this app) to our server. If anything happens to your iPhone, you will be able to restore all your data. If you do not have a gymgoal.com mebership, a free membership will be created.
   
  These backups can only be used to restore your data to an iPhone if you loose your data on your device. This data cannot be accessed online at www.gymgoal.com. You cannot view or modify this data at www.gymgoal.com. Since you have GymGoal for iPhone, you don't really need to open gymgoal.com.
