#Perform regular deadlift to lift the bar
Stand with your feet under the bar, shoulder width apart or closer. Bend your knees to about 90 degrees, flatten your back, and grasp the bar with a shoulder width overhand grip.
Keeping your back flat, straighten your legs and then your back to lift the weight.
#Now keep your knees straight throughout the exercise.
#All repetitions begin from this position
Keeping your back flat or slightly arched, lower the bar to the top of your feet. Do not bend your lower back. Stop the downward movement when you cannot keep your back flat.
Keep your body tight and in control; do not pause or bounce or relax the back.
With your knees straight, straighten your back to lift the weight. Pull your shoulders back slightly. Keep your arms straight throughout the exercise.
