#Perform regular deadlift to lift the bar
Stand on a platform or on the floor with your feet under the bar, shoulder width apart or closer. Bend your knees to about 90 degrees, flatten your back, and grasp the bar with a shoulder width overhand grip.
Keeping your back flat, straighten your legs and then your back to lift the weight.
#Now bend your knees slightly and keep them slightly bent throughout the exercise.
#All repetitions begin from this position
Keeping your back flat or slightly arched, lower the bar to the top of your feet. Bend your knees slightly during the descent. You can bend your lower back slightly when the bar is near your feet.
Keep your body tight and in control; do not pause or bounce or relax the back.
With your knees bent, straighten your back to lift the weight. Straighten your knees at the top. Pull your shoulders back slightly. Keep your arms straight throughout the exercise.
