Put the barbell on the rack at your upper chest height. Place the barbell on your shoulders and trapezius behind your neck. Grip the bar with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Stand with the balls of your feet about 8 inches apart on a 4-6" block. Raise the barbell from the supports and lean it against the rack.
Lift your body up as high as possible onto your toes. Do not bend your knees.
Hold this position for a moment and return to the starting position.
