1/ Restore Purchase

Sometimes, you may switch to a new iOS device and, unfortunately, lose your PRO Upgrade. As a result, you won't be able to download large files or play more than 10 files in a list without the upgrade.

In such a situation, please go to the Home Screen and select "Upgrade". Press "Restore Purchase" to regain the PRO upgrade.

2/ Restore Purchase Failed

It's important to note that your upgrade status is stored and recorded by the Apple AppStore. So, if you encounter an issue with the AppStore connection, leading to an unsuccessful upgrade and restore, please try the following methods to resolve the problem

1/ Close the app completely and restart it.

2/ Restart your device.

3/ Try connecting to a different WiFi access point or attempt restoring the purchase via 3G/4G.

4/ Change the DNS WiFi to 8.8.8.8.

5/ Logout and then log back into your AppStore Account.
