Format Conversion
First, open "My Files," which stores all downloaded and local files. Tap the three-dot context menu on the right side of the video or audio file you want to convert, and then select "Convert." You will be presented with multiple format options. Specifically, MP4 and M4V are popular video formats, while MP3 and M4A are audio formats. M4V and M4A formats are developed by Apple and are highly compatible with Apple's devices.
