Full adhan is compatible only in the lock screen. If your device is unlocked then the notification sound will be truncated.
Full adhan is played using 6 separate notifications. For muting these notifications you have to open the app or select "Mute" action in that notification.
| How to avoid Adhan truncation? |
An iOS device only plays 5 secs of any notification sound when the device is unlocked. To avoid this truncation, the banner needs to be turned off for Quran Majeed notifications via Settings app using the following steps:
Setting app => Quran Majeed => Notifications => Turn off "Banners" in "Alerts" section
Go to Settings app now.
| Please also make sure of the following: |
- "Allow Notifications" is turned on
- "Sounds" is turned ON in "Alerts" section
- If you are using "Scheduled Summary" in iOS 15, then make sure "Immediate Delivery" is selected in "Notification Delivery" section
